Languages

Languages form an important part of the ESCP Bachelor in Management (BSc), with the aim that all students have gained proficiency in the languages of the campuses they will be attending.

To make this possible, we provide in-class and digital language courses that are adapted to each student’s level during the three years of the programme. Moreover, starting from the second semester of the second year, some courses in Madrid and Paris will be taught in Spanish and French respectively.

Thesis

The Bachelor thesis is a further opportunity for students to enhance the learning and skills gained from the programme and deepen both knowledge and understanding of their chosen field in management.

Each thesis project is supervised and guided by a member of the Faculty or expert in the relevant field. The thesis can be written in English, German, French, Italian or Spanish, and is guided by faculty in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris and Turin - again reflecting the international dimension of the programme

Bachelor of Science in Management degree following international standards and fully compliant with the EU Bologna process.
The Bachelor in Management (BSc) programme was granted the “Grade de licence” for the “diplôme d’études supérieures en commerce et entrepreneuriat” (Bac+3) by the French Ministry of Higher Education Research and Innovation (MESRI) in France (Awarded by the decree of July 21st 2022 in the BO of August 25th 2022).
By complying with certain requirements, up to two additional degrees are issued by the UK and German governments.
99% of Bachelor in Management (BSc) students successfully complete the programme and are awarded the degree (Class of 2022).
This degree is registered on the RNCP (French Register of Professional Certifications) - RNCP sheet N°36562
Students must complete and validate all mandatory credits as well as each learning objective to be awarded the degree.

Internships and Social Impact Projects are a crucial component of the BSc programme and are highly valued by potential employers.

Internships

Securing an internship during (or a job after) university is becoming increasingly competitive.

Thanks to ESCP’s strong links with the corporate world, students are offered internships across a range of sectors, including Marketing & Communications, Banking & Finance, Consulting, Food & Beverage, Luxury Brands, E-commerce & IT, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Energy & Chemicals, and NGOs.

Recruitment processes are constantly evolving, focusing less on technical knowledge and more on assessing the applicant’s ability to work in a team, their analytical thinking, organisational skills and leadership potential.

For this reason, the BSc curriculum offers a number of personal or “soft” skills workshops to address areas such as presentation techniques and communication competencies.

Social Impact Projects

Instead of the second-year Internship, students can opt to complete a Social Impact Project, particularly relevant for students interested in future work with not- for-profit organisations.

Students are encouraged to reflect upon pressing social problems, and focus on the growing realisation that sustainable social impact can best be achieved by applying creative management solutions.

Apprenticeship Track
(Third Year Paris Campus Only)

For their third year on the Paris campus, students can apply for the 12 month-apprenticeship track, the ideal way to combine study and professional experience. The apprenticeship track combines in-company work experience with academic coursework at ESCP. Apprenticeships are available in companies registered under French law, for EU students aged under 30 at the start of the contract, and who are fluent in French.

You work in a company and become deeply involved in day-to-day business.
You exercise day-to-day responsibilities under the guidance of a senior manager, with the support of a tutor.
You benefit from school fee exemption and a monthly salary from your company over the full period of the contract.

The Careers Centre hosts a range of events for students each year to help them define and refine their career plans, obtain valuable information, and learn about different job opportunities internationally.

Step 2: Personal Interview

Successful applicants will be invited to attend an online interview with at least two people, including faculty members.

The interview is designed to assess the candidates' motivation, the match between the profile and the curriculum, and their personality (adaptability, maturity, openness to an international experience, etc.).

Step 3: Admissions Results

The School will send the admission results and, if the candidate is admitted, it will be offered:

A place (unconditional or conditional) on the programme with a deadline by which to respond
Study-Track for the first two years. The third campus will be determined later as it depends on your choice of specialisation.

Second Year Direct Admission
Applications for the intake of September 2026 will open in January 2025.

Fees

The fees for those entering the three-year programme in September 2025 are set at:

For the 1st year of study :

Tuition fees: €17,700 for European students* and €23,900 for non-European students
Student service and registration costs: €1,760

Total costs** :

€19,460 for European students*
€25,660 for non-European students

For the 2nd year of study :

Tuition fees: €17,700 for European students*and €23,900 for non-European students
Student service and administrative costs: €1,550

Total costs** :

€19,250 for European students*
€25,450 for non-European students

For the 3rd year of study :

Tuition fees: €17,700 for European students* and €23,900 for non-European students
Student service and administrative costs: €1,650

Total costs** :

€19,350 for European students*
€25,550 for non-European students

The application fee is €60 (non-refundable).

Student service and administrative costs of €1,000 will be due for all additional years (for example, for a gap year.)

Lifelong membership to the ESCP Alumni Association, administrative costs, service costs, and international SOS mobility assistance are included in the above. Fees also include all courses, projects, etc. equal to 180 ECTS credits, basic documentation and online modules. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

*To be eligible for European fees, you must be a European citizen holding a valid European passport.

**Total costs are indicative. They may vary by a maximum of 6% each year in comparison to previous years. In case of variation, new tuition fees amounts will be communicated to students by all means, at the latest, in July of the year N, for the academic year N/N+1

Scholarships

At ESCP we believe in equal opportunities.

That is why we have created a scholarship programme that encourages social diversity and values individual commitment.
Scholarships can cover 10% to 50% of tuition fees (excluding first-year registration fee and service fee) and are assigned based on different criteria such as merit, diversity and financial needs.
Financial needs scholarships are renewable each year on condition of academic achievement, behaviour and involvement in the ESCP community.

CROUS scholarship holders:

Students who are eligible for CROUS scholarships allocated by the French Ministry of Higher Education are eligible for an ESCP need based scholarship. The exemption percentage ranges from 10% to 50% depending on CROUS level.

Bank Loan

Many banks offer student loans at attractive rates, with deferred payback.

Recent ESCP students have received interest rates as low as 1.75%. Consult your bank for information on a personal loan.
Furthermore, thanks to a partnership with BNP Paribas, the ESCP Foundation Endowment Fund supports students who encounter difficulties to obtain student credit in the absence of a solid guarantor (please note that this is currently only available for French students).

Apprenticeship Track

It is possible to undertake a one year apprenticeship in the Bachelor in Management (BSc) if you are studying on the Paris campus in the third year of the programme. Apprenticeships are available to EU students under 30 at the start of the contract, and who are fluent in French. Students on the Apprenticeship Track pay no tuition fees for this final year as they are covered by the French State and by the employing company. In addition, students receive a salary from the company they work for.

Living Costs

The cost table below is composed of the range of expenses of ESCP students. It takes into account that students will want to experience the city they are studying in by exploring the many activities that it proposes. We consider that there are 4 main sources of expenses for ESCP Students:

Accommodation includes all expenses related to housing and hygiene such as rent, utility bills, laundry access, and more.
Day-to-day expenses include all expenses related to outings and sports to enjoy and explore the city.
Groceries include all expenses related to at-home items required to be comfortable ranging from cooking oil to food items.
Transportation includes all expenses related to travel within the city mainly including public transportation travel cards.

As this is a per-month cost-of-living estimation it does not take into consideration some mandatory one-time expenses that may apply to you (such as visa fees, health insurance fees, indirect government taxes) or exceptional expenses (such as a trip outside of the city, big sports or musical events, etc…).
